Bank guarantee on arrival
To ensure that your stay runs smoothly, a pre-authorization will be made on your credit card at check-in.
This operation does not constitute a payment, but a temporary reservation of an amount that will remain blocked on your account for a few days (generally between 7 and 15 days, depending on your bank).
The following amounts apply:
– 300€ for standard studios and apartments
– 500€ for premium apartments or stays of more than 5 nights
This guarantee will only be used in the event of :
– Damage not reported
– Missing or unauthorized items
– Non-compliance with smoking ban
– Exceptional cleaning costs or unauthorized late departure
Things to take home with you
A wide range of items are available to make your stay as comfortable as possible: bathrobes (adults & children), baskets, candles, crockery, etc.
If you fall in love with one of them, you can buy it directly. A table with replacement rates is provided below and in the apartment booklet.
In the event of departure with unmarked items, the corresponding amount will be deducted or invoiced according to this table.
If you wish to keep an item, simply let us know: we’ll be delighted to offer it as a souvenir.

Preventing and managing damage
Incidents can happen, and that’s perfectly understandable. What we ask is that any damage, however minor, be reported as soon as possible, so that we can act quickly and fairly.
In the event of damage discovered after your departure without prior notice, replacement, repair or cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced.
A handling fee of up to €50 may also apply.
Maximum amount for major damage: up to €500.
Examples of situations concerned:
– Scratches on the floor
– Broken crockery or decorations
– Furniture damaged or moved carelessly
– Cigarette butts or inappropriate waste in containers

No smoking in apartments
For everyone’s safety and the preservation of the building (old wooden floors), smoking is strictly prohibited inside apartments and common areas, including at windows.
This rule is based on French law (Décret n°2006-1386 du 15 novembre 2006 – Code de la santé publique, art. L3511-7). Offenders are liable to a fine of up to €450.
In the event of a persistent smell of tobacco or any other substance detected in the apartment, the maximum rate for the accommodation category according to the season will be charged in addition, to cover the cost of deodorization and restoration.
