ART AT HOME LamARTine
At Maison Lamartine, art is at the heart of our home. Here, every wall tells a story, every exhibition is an encounter, and every stay becomes an immersion in the artistic world of Nice. We love to shine a spotlight on local artists, those who live and create in Nice, those whose unique perspective enhances our city.
Each work you see here has been carefully chosen to evoke emotion, spark curiosity, and invite sharing. Staying with us is not just about enjoying an aparthotel : it’s about immersing yourself in a lively, authentic, and vibrant artistic experience.
THE CURRENT EXHIBITION
The exhibition “Improbable Harmony” brings together four artists with singular artistic universes: Big Ben, Bohinia, Brice Expert and Diane Delsaut, who collectively celebrate art as both a language and a form of sharing.
Diane draws inspiration from the sea and her travels to create delicate watercolor paintings and dotted drawings infused with softness and spirituality. Bohinia transforms invisible wounds and “inner chains” into sensitive yet powerful pictorial works. Big Ben gives new life to abandoned objects through upcycling, carrying a message of hope born from his commitment to young orphans. Brice Expert explores an abstract, science-fiction-inspired universe, where the eye becomes a symbol of perception and consciousness.
Come and discover their exhibition from February 26 to April 30, 2026.
ART IN NICE COMES TO YOUR HOME… FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY
At Maison Lamartine, we believe that art should be part of everyday life. That’s why we organize unique and welcoming exhibitions several times a year.
Each exhibition opening is a celebration: a moment for artists and visitors to meet over a drink and warm conversation. You can discover works before they are officially released, meet their creators, and immerse yourself in Nice’s vibrant artistic scene.
And if you stay with us during one of these events, you are invited to participate : to chat with the artists, to feel their emotions, to experience Nice at the heart of its creative soul.
“ Autours d’elles “
Five artists, five worlds. Fernanda Goreti, Joha, Koss, Flore, and Clodart share a common passion: art as language and as a means of sharing. Through their work, these five women explore the nuances of sensitivity, question the place of women in contemporary creation, and weave a dialogue between their unique worlds.
Together, they compose a visual and emotional journey, where each work resonates with the others. “Autours d’elles” is not just an exhibition: it is an encounter, a conversation between feminine sensibilities, between memory and the present, between oneself and others.
This group exhibition invites visitors to exchange perspectives, be moved, and discover the richness of diverse visions of femininity and connection. It is a tribute to female creativity, the power of artistic expression, and the beauty of sharing.
“Dialogue à trois”
is an exhibition bringing together three major artists: Tina De Rubia, Richard Roux, and Artmakeoneright. Through this exhibition, these artists engage in a genuine visual dialogue, each contributing their own universe, sensibility, and artistic language.
Their works respond to, confront, and enrich each other, offering the public a unique experience centered on the encounter of three creative visions.

“Jardin Secret”
Gaëlle Lottier invited the public to discover nature drawn entirely by hand. Each delicate and poetic illustration captured the fragile beauty of living things and revealed an intimate universe where shapes, colors, and emotions interact.
“Jardin Secret” offered a soothing interlude, a visual journey to observe, feel, and reconnect with what matters most.

“Fil Rouge”
It is a bold, eco-responsible, and deeply human artistic signature that has become a highlight of the Nice art scene.
Léa Vandeveld, a contemporary artist based in Nice for over ten years, creates a world that is both powerful and sensitive, accessible to both art lovers and professionals. Her work combines large abstract, organic canvases with “Make Up For Art”, a unique approach in which she transforms used makeup products into works of art on canvas.
This innovative process questions beauty, consumption, and transformation, while embedding art in a logic of sustainability and commitment.
